| Storyline, I handle fame by not being famous. I'm not famous to me.
Hooves tip toed across stone. It was a climb that was for certain, this travel was not for the weak; mentally or physically. The mountains though were home to this creature, the stone and rugged terrain was normality and comforting. Yet to another this would be tedious work ascending these cliffs, ledges and such. The temperatures were average for Spring weather but an usual humidity was about the atmosphere, possibly a storm would bless the lands on this day. Bewitching orange eyes studied the land so that he may carefully ascend these grand structures, mane and tail were tussled wildly by the wind and with muscles bulging the stallion had almost reached his destination. Front hooves reached the ledge of his destination, while well toned muscles carried the masculin framework to the peaks.
The wind rushed passed his body, it was refreshing and breath taking literally as the stallion stood to full height taking in the surroundings. The sights on this level of the Earth were incredible, even as a truly darkened soul Elib was still one to enjoy life. Elibrae used to be one to live and thrive, to live life to the absolute fullest. How well this motto changed when he sort of killed the only one he truly, madly, deeply loved. Thoughts were horribly interrupted by a droplet that landed upon his skull, rolling down his dark skin and trickling to his muzzle.
Clouds had begun to rise, the skies turning into darkness and the sun being banished ever so quickly. Thunder began to roll through the skies, erupting it's grand scream. It would seem as though it could shake the Earth, and all that crossed his face were devilish features. Storms were truly incredible, the lightning that bolted across the clouds illuminated the lands. Elib could not be more at ease or delighted.
You say you love rain, but you use an umbrella to walk under it. You say you love sun, but you seek shade when it is shining. You say you love wind, but when it comes you close your window. So that's why I'm scared when you say you love me. |

| No dreams within her heart, but dreams of love rank one sabel What was it with rain and this place, Sabel wondered to herself. It always seemed to be raining, and more queer than that, it always seemed as if everyone was intent on enjoying the rain. Not that she didn't quite love a torrential downpour herself, but it was just odd to her. It was spring, the weather was bound to be a bit grumpy during this season, though. She loved the rain too, but having been alone for so long, she didn't realize how many others seemed to also adore it. She didn't enjoy all rain, though. A light shower that served nothing but to mist the land was what she thought of as a tease. She didn't want showers; it was the ground-shaking, ear-splitting, lightning flashing thunderstorms of built up, raw power that spoke to her. Her skin prickled as the air vibrated with energy, the storm clouds rolling toward each other angrily overhead, bound to clash any moment now. Sabel regarded them as the player triumphantly observes his queen take his opponent's king, like a great plan had just come together very nicely. She would take credit for this storm if only she could, if only... Ascending the mountaintop had been easy, for her anyways. She was light-footed and well balanced, that was the way she was built. While most horses would have to slowly make the climb, careful not to let their hooves slip out from beneath them, she could canter lazily right up to the top, and not even feel tired when she made it to the peak. It gave her an amazing view over the land, though. The valley was to one side while the beaches lay outstretched and far-reaching on the other. Behind her the dark forests where mystery, adventure, and danger all lie waiting set sprawling out, eventually going so dark toward the center that she could not see beyond it. She loved it all, and was very glad she had ventured here and made it her home. It was probably the best decision she had ever made, next to leaving her herd in the first place. She didn't even want to think about the worst decisions she'd ever made. She didn't let her mind dwell there for a second. Rolling pebbles caught her ear and she turned her neck sharply, searching for the source of the sound. She walked over a few steps and peered down the mountainside to see another horse, dark brown of coloring, making his way upward. She could smell that it was a stallion, and her instincts told her to hide. Not many stallions were as friendly as she would like to believe they were. She could only think of one...that made her smile for a second to herself, but then she backed away and hid herself as the stallion rounded the last corner and found the overlook to the land. She watched him peering down at the rolling hills, tucked away valley, and sandy beaches. He had an odd look about him, stripes in some places, and odd designs swirling across his backside. She was somehow comforted by seeing another horse who didn't like exactly normal. Theron had told her she was among like company such as herself, but this was the first proof of such that she had really seen. Moments passed, and for some reason, Sabel finally felt compelled to step out and reveal herself. She moved forward lithely, like the feline she was so often mistaken for, and said, 'It's a beautiful view. Too bad you've discovered my spot.' She smiled as she said it, letting the stallion know that she meant no ill. She blinked softly, listening for a response.

Memories tugged at his mind, an angry, hurt voice calling out, the sensation of having no breath in the lungs - and no ability to draw one, a constricting on the throat, something blocking the windpipe. Lost, murderer.. Pure dark brown striated with orange-ginger, eyes of an owl, circled by dark lines, What resulted more permeability. Elib’s gaze narrowed a fraction, and slowly the stallion drew in a deep breath just to assure himself that he still could.. Words washed over his ears as his attention suddenly turned, to the other - more peculiar in color mare who had approached him. Eyes equal to his, her fur immersed in leopard print. There were too many similarities in world, so he was quiet excited by her appearance that she just had shown.
"depends what you mean. the world is a free place, you cannot claim anything unless you only set it as a place where you really like to be.," He smiled amused, perhaps a little cocky. He meant her no harm, he just twisted her words a little. “But..” He looked up and inhaled deeply, as if he dragged his thoughts from the sky. "If you're right, I should be considering this place as my own either" He raised his eyebrow for a few seconds before he turned his form completely so that he stood there, right before her. His gaze was anything but unfriendly. On the contrary, he looked at her with a familiar look, a playful look. Elib had lived too long in pain & sorrow and tried to hide this by playing games, talking in riddles, you name it… "I guess we have no choice but to duel about it" he laughed softly as he walked past her. “some preferences?” He asked, and he smiled, a small little smile that seemed to say forgive me, for the strange way of being me.

| No dreams within her heart, but dreams of love rank one sabel Sabel raised her brow at the stallion's charming voice, and his playful suggestion. He seemed genial, and friendly at heart. She recognized his charm instantly though, and in her mind she couldn't help but compare it to E'vesdar's own voice. This stallion left something to be desired in comparison, but on his own, she supposed he did well enough. She smiled playfully at him in return, showing that his game was interesting to her, that she followed the gist of his attitude. She flicked her luscious tail lazily, and sidled past the brown stallion, peering down at the view below them. No matter what he said, she would always think of this spot as her own. She had found it first, and had been coming to look off into the distance for days now. After her long strolls along the seashore, heading up the mountain path and gazing down at the land had become a kind of daily routine. She'd never encountered anyone else here before, not until now. It was bittersweet, really. She got the opportunity to meet a new face, a different pair of eyes, but the isolation of this spot would be forever lost. She'd probably have to find some place new from now on, if she desired to be truly alone. She refocused her attention on the stallion, processing his final words. A duel, he said. She found that amusing, and chimed a small chuckle in response, a smile gracing her lips as her eyes brightly glowed with mirth. 'A duel indeed, although I do not prefer the typical duel. I am not built for fighting, but for running, to enjoy the chase and embrace the wind as my sister. I play a game of words and innuendos.' She grinned, batting her eyes and assessing the stallion's response. She could have fun with this one, she thought to herself. His playfulness would be something to enjoy while it was around. She could get rather playful herself too, though she rarely had an opportunity to engage her sense of spontaneity with play. Chasing the wind only lasted so long before the breeze trilled just out of reach, and then the jig was up and the game over, the wind always the victor. She would always hang her head, exhausted after the gallop, and then slowly walk off somewhere to rest and recuperate for the next chase. A game of words seemed like a welcome change from the constant running she always seemed to be doing. She eyed the stallion with her smile playing upon her lips. 'What kind of duel do you have in mind...stallion?' She did not know his name, she realized. An introduction was in order, she realized. 'My name is Sabel, by the way.'
